Stark Co. House Fire Ruled Arson

STARK COUNTY, Ohio -- A Stark County house fire that injured a woman has been ruled an arson by the state fire marshal's office. The victim, 38-year-old Christine Habony, is still hospitalized at Akron General Hospital, but her condition is improving.
